Shipping & Delivery Policy

Most orders will be shipped within 4-5 days of placing the order. The shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by Aatwos at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Every once in a while, Aatwos brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
An estimated delivery time will be 7 to 10 working days (since the product is shipped) depending upon the shipping address. However, we are not responsible for the delivery delay caused by the courier company or weather conditions that are not in our control.
While placing the order, please kindly provide the correct shipping address and contact number. We will not be able to retrieve the lost package due to incorrect address and contact number in the order.
If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the product will be returned to the vendor. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the times of non-delivery to the recipient will be chargeable to the member who ordered the product.
